PASTOR SAMUEL MITROFAN IN SUCEAVA

 SBC CONF SUCEAVA OCT 2020

Dear pastor Ted and dear co-workers in Christ from GCC,

EQUIPPING THE WHOLE CHURCH FOR WITNESSING AND MULTIPLICATION AND DISCIPLE THEM PROPERLY IS IN OUR MINISTRY DNA, that is why we follow the purpose to understand that the local church has different “tiers” of equipping needs, and opportunities to serve. The Church is the Bride of Christ and we believe that the Church is the vehicle that God will use to carry out His purposes on earth. Our job is to be catalyst and servants to His Church in the area of discipleship. We give glory to Jesus Christ, our dear Lord, that He enables us, with training materials, necessary resources (and here you are a part of it) to serve the whole body of the local church through equipping them with spiritual resources for the spiritual battle because Scripture makes it clear that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but mighty before God.

In October, in spite of an exceedingly demanding situation created by the increasing number of cases of infected people with COVID.the  Lord gave us grace and poured His grace on us.

Between 15th -19th of October, I was involved in the Northern part of Moldova to strengthen the ministry there and to find new opportunities and the doors God has opened. With a dear co-worker from that area, Daniel Lozneanu we traveled to Targu FrumosBotosaniStefanestiAvrameni, Sarata, BuceceaCorniDrislea and I rejoiced a lot seeing the impact of our trainings and how a new generation is exposed to the Gospel and God’s Word.

In Suceava I had a discipleship training, a Spiritual Bootcamp Introduction and there was in attendance about 30 people. We offered them for free the materials and the need were quite big, and I was very encouraged because I saw many noticeably young people interested in the spiritual disciplines in their lives. Fellowship was nice even if the masks were not very comfortable, but the souls were refreshed.

Keep close my dears and keep praying for Lord’s mercy, protection, and creativity to find the best ways to adapt to the new normal!

Be richly blessed!

Your brother in Christ,

Samuel
