PASTOR SAMUEL MITROFAN IN PANTELIMON

SBC CONF MARCH 31,2019 PANTELIMON

Dear pastor Ted,

In the last week end of March, I had another SBC Training Introduction with about 40 people in a district from Bucharest called Pantelimon.

The venue was in Privegherea church in a rich area and I knew the pastor for many years. He was very glad to host us for free they even prepare some food for us. He knew about our ministry and was glad to see me after many years and continuing in the calling of God And has able me to equip and edify the fellowship of Christians for the body of Christ.

Here most of the people participating were from different churches from Bucharest area and surroundings (we had a family participating from 350 miles away) and they were very different also socially. We had quite a few poor people but also rich people (teachers, businessman, doctors) and it was nice to see them eating together and sharing their lives with one another. Their backgrounds were very different, but Lord has redeemed us all and, in this way, we are in the battle shoulder to shoulder for expanding God's kingdom.

All the participants received an SBC book and again I really do appreciate your support for printing these materials in the Romanian language,

There are so useful for us all and during these years I saw the impact of a healthy teaching in our Christians lives. I attached another photo with a group of us when we had recently had an evangelistic event in a city in a mountainous area. with no Evangelical church there. Most of these young leaders, many of them students they have been through SBC training and they have kept going and multiplying themselves. It is a great encouragement because we see them so enthusiastic and passionate about the spiritual disciplines and values of them. In a post-Christian era, they keep close to the Lord and stand firm in their faith.

Each SBC training is an opportunity for us to help people grow spiritually and in this way, we make our little part in edifying the body of Christ!

May the resurrected Lord fill your hearts with joy and passion to strengthen our brothers and sisters from many parts of the world!

With love in Christ,

Samuel Mitrofan
